Disconnecting existing mains services, including water, gas, electricity, drainage, district heating, telecommunication systems, data systems, etc.).

Statutory undertaker’s fees and charges for disconnecting mains services.

Temporary supports to retain existing basement retaining walls, etc., including the design, installation, maintenance, repositioning (to facilitate construction works) and removal of props and wailings, and grubbing up and disposal of anchor blocks/foundations where not part of the permanent works.

Where works are to be carried out by a subcontractor, the subcontractor’s preliminaries, design fees, risk allowance, overheads and profit, with allowance for these to be made within unit rate applied to element or component.
