Description
Gipsvliesplatten zur Errichtung von Wand- und Wandverkleidungen auf Unterkonstruktionen, als Vorsatzschalen, Trennwänden, Trockenestrich und Unterdecken. Hergestellt aus Gips, Kernleim, Glasfaservlies und Zusatzstoffen.
Application
Nichttragende Systeme aus Gipsvliesplatten gemäß ÖNORM B 3415, z.B. Gipskartonständerwände, abgehängte Decken, nachträglicher Dachgeschoß-Ausbau, Schachtwände, Bauteilverkleidungen, hauptsächlich in Feuchträumen. Bestandteil von Knauf Metallständerwänden und vorgefertigten Bauteilen aus Holz- und Fertighausbauten (gemäß ÖNORM B 2310 und ÖNORM B 2320).

Manufacturing & Lifecycle
Manufacturing Process
Natural and technical gypsum crushed, milled, calcined to calcium sulfate hemihydrate, mixed with additives and water, applied on cardboard, dried, cut, stacked and transported. Recycling of production waste is done on site.
Packaging
Delivered on reusable pallets, secured with straps during transport. Foil wrapping only on request.

Use Phase
