Nameplates, plaques and identification symbols.
Lettering, emblems and other identification/directional symbols carved into stone.
Delivery, unpacking, sorting, checking all components, assembling and fixing in position (including all bolts and other fixing devices).
Sundry items.
Where works are to be carried out by a subcontractor, the subcontractor’s preliminaries, design fees, risk allowance, overheads and profit, with allowance for these to be made within unit rate applied to element or component.
