Sinks, taps, waste fittings and waste disposal units where supplied as part of the kitchen fitting installation.
Ovens, cookers, hobs, grills, microwaves, etc.
Refrigerators, freezers, etc.
Dishwashers.
Clothes washing machines, clothes dryers, ironing cabinets, etc.
Waste bins, towel rails, storage racks and other accessories.
Kitchen equipment suites comprising any combination of the previous items.
Other kitchen fittings and equipment.
Delivery, unpacking, sorting, checking all components, assembling and fixing in position (including all bolts and other fixing devices).
Sundry items.
Where works are to be carried out by a subcontractor, the subcontractor’s preliminaries, overheads and profit, with allowance for these to be made within unit rate applied to element or component.
