The area measured is the area of internal walls and partitions, measured on the centre line of the internal wall or partition. No deduction is made for door openings, screens, etc.
Where more than one type of component is employed, each component is measured.
Other cost-significant components are to be described and identified separately. Such components are to be measured by area (m2) or linear measurement (m), or enumerated (nr) separately.
Curved work is to be described and identified separately.
Work to existing buildings is to be described and identified separately.
Contractor-designed work is to be described and identified separately.
